CD Peacock is a family-owned business, and we take pride in meeting our customer’s every need, including servicing Rolex timepieces. The Holtzman family is very involved in the day-to-day operations and can often be spotted at our Woodfield and Oakbrook locations, where customers are treated like friends. The Holtzmans take deep pride in offering the best possible experience for their customers.
CD Peacock is proud to be an Official Rolex Jeweler, as well as being an Authorized Service Center in our two locations. Whether resizing a bracelet or a more technical refurbishment, the watchmakers in our state-of-the-art Service Center are here to meet your every need. We follow the Rolex Service Procedure, designed to ensure that every timepiece leaving our Rolex workshop complies with its original functional and aesthetic specifications. Only genuine Rolex parts are used during any service we provide.
Our Rolex Service Centers are led by Gabe Ehimen, a certified Rolex-trained watchmaker with over 30 years of watchmaking experience. Gabe’s father was a watchmaker in his native Nigeria, and so Gabe began working in his family workshop when he was just six years old. From a young age his passion for watchmaking grew and is evident in every service provided by him and his team at CD Peacock.
Our Rolex customers know Gabe by name and trust him with their finest timepieces. He and his team consistently partake in training to keep up on the newest technologies. For Gabe, the key to being a great watchmaker is ongoing training. “The day you think you know it all is the day you become a bad watchmaker,” he says. “I take it very personally when I work on a Rolex. With every watch I touch, I become part of its history.”
